1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unopened, and sealed condition
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- In the original packaging
Important: Due to the nature of sealed trading card game products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, tampered with, or where the seal has been broken. Once a sealed product is opened, the contents become random and unique, making it impossible to verify the product's condition for resale.
3. How to Return an Item

- Package the item securely and send it back to us using a tracked delivery service

4. Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind (not due to a fault or error on our part), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If we sent you the wrong item or the item is faulty/damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a collection.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality:
- Within 30 days: you are entitled to a full refund (short-term right to reject)
- Within 6 months: we will repair or replace the product. If repair or replacement is not possible, you are entitled to a full refund
- After 6 months: you must prove the fault was present at the time of delivery. We may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund
