Orders over £50.00 qualify for free standard UK shipping. This is calculated before any discount codes are applied.

3. Delivery Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We aim to expand to international shipping in the future.

4. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will be dispatched on or shortly after the official release date. The estimated release date is shown on the product page. If you order a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until the pre-order item is available, unless you request separate shipments.

For tracked orders, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor delivery progress via the carrier's website.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Misrouted Orders

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:
